The History Of Goodyear Safety
Goodyear are a brand which are built on a foundation of over 100 years of dedication and experience when it comes to standards and performance. Started in 1898 and named after Charles Goodyear, the man who discovered the process of rubber vulcanization. Charles Goodyear passed away thirty years prior to the formation of the company, but his discovery will be forever immortalised, by his name now being synonymous with tires.
Today the goodyear brand has expended beyond the walls of tires, with their log being emblazoned on a number of products including sports equipment, car accessories, toy and memorabilia. Goodyear have partenered with the PanWorldBrand company (The same people who bring you Lee Cooper Workwear), in order to create the Goodyear Safety Footwear range.
